November 1, 2012 - Outdoor Furniture and Grills
Residents of Newton Park Condominium Association must have all grills, outdoor furniture and recreational belongings removed from the property grounds no later than November 1st, 2012. The Association has provided a storage unit for grills ONLY that is located behind buildings 156/160 Newton Street. All propane tanks must be disconnected from grills. Owners will be subject to fines and Property Management discarding of any personal belongings remaining on the property grounds beyond this date.
November 15, 2012 - Resident Information Form:
The enclosed Resident Information Form is to be completed in its entirety by all Owners and returned to Y.I.F. Management LLC no later than November 15, 2012. This form is mandatory to complete and will allow us to update all names on mailboxes, call boxes, etc. If your unit is being leased/rented, please ensure all fields and tenant information is complete and accurate.
December 31, 2012 - Furnaces & A/C Shutdown:
In accordance with the Newton Park Condominium Association Rules and Regulations, all Owners must have their furnaces serviced annually. Documentation to confirm the servicing of your system by a licensed HVAC specialist must be provided to Y.I.F. Management LLC no later than December 31, 2012. Failure to provide documentation will result in a fine. If you need assistance locating an HVAC specialist, please contact Y.I.F. Management LLC.
It is also highly recommended that your A/C Unit electrical breaker be placed in the “OFF” position. This will prevent the possibility of an accidental turn on of you’re A/C conductor, which can seize during the frigid winter months and lead to an expensive repairs and/or replacement.
